It’s likely that your team doesn’t work in isolation. Other teams may depend on you in some way and vice-versa. To help guide these interactions, a Team API comes in handy. Much like APIs describe how to programmatically interact with software, a team API describes to other teams how they can interact with you. Matthew Skelton and Manuel Pais provide a handy template for Team APIs as part of their work on Team Topologies. You can use that as a starting point.
