Leading across locations?
Distributed leadership is a different ball game from traditional, location-centric leadership. It takes new skills and sensibilities. The kit on this page will help you identify what you’re already doing well as a distributed leader and what you can do to improve your approach.
The kit has three parts to it.
1. Self-paced assessment
In about an hour of reflection, you’ll answer a few questions about the way you work with your distributed team. The survey employs a Google Form, that works in accordance with our privacy policy.
2. Personalised dashboard
After you complete the self-assessment, you’ll have access to a personalised dashboard. This dashboard will help you learn about your leadership strengths and areas of improvement through a single snapshot.
3. Leadership playbook
Once you’ve identified your focus areas, it’ll be time to decide how you’ll level up your leadership game. The distributed leadership playbook is a free, 43-page guide full of actionable advice relating to each area of the assessment.
