We’ll begin with a self-paced reflection and assessment, and you’ll receive a personalised scorecard as part of this assessment. Once you complete the assessment, I’ll work with you across three one-hour sessions to help you identify the highest-impact areas that will improve how you lead your distributed team. We can also continue the coaching program beyond the initial engagement if you see value.

It only takes five sessions since we’ll use the async-first starter kit. During these sessions, your team will align on the goals of the async-first shift; you’ll assess your baseline performance, agree on fundamental practices, free up your calendar, and then plan how you will nurture your new ways of working.

This eight-hour workshop will help you leave with simple ways to tell memorable stories. By the end of this workshop, you'll have learned how to:
decide if a live presentation is indeed necessary;
create tight storylines that are more likely to drive action and engagement;
put together simple and compelling visuals that support your story;
deliver that story with confidence.
Depending on the size of the group and the connections you make, you'll also leave with a peer group that you can continue to learn from as you build your skills in visual storytelling.
